This document outlines the terms and conditions curated exclusively for you, our valued collaborators. Please approach this information with discretion and use it judiciously in your engagements with Olde Hansa.

Olde Hansa presents an array of dining experiences tailored to suit various preferences and group sizes.

Here’s a brief overview:

Explorers Luncheon 36€‚ (includes VAT) per person
  • Serving time until 5pm
  • Duration for the meal will be a minimum 1 hour, maximum 1,5 hour
  • Minimum group size 12 guests, maximum 50 guests
  • Menu choice has to be confirmed at least 2 workdays before the luncheon
  • No discounts for kids
One Hour Feast 34€‚ (includes VAT) per person
  • Serving time until 5pm
  • Duration for the meal will be 1 hour
  • Minimum group size 6 guests
  • Children under 12 years will eat a feast -50%, when the group is more than 70% children it’s full price
NEW: Monks tasting 33€, (includes VAT) per person
  • Serving time until 5pm
  • Duration time minimum 1,5 hours
  • Minimum tasting time for the group smaller than 20 guests is 30 minutes
  • Guests have to be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum group size 6 guests
Townfolks feast 48€‚ (includes VAT) per person
  • Duration for the meal will be 1,5 hour
  • Minimum group size 12 guests
  • Children under 12 years will eat a feast -50%, when the group is more than 70% children it’s full price
Grand Chef’s feast 62€, (includes VAT) per person
  • Duration time minimum 2 hours
  • Serving starts from 2 guests
  • Children 0-6 years will eat feast for free, 7-12 years will eat -50%, when the group is more than 70% children it’s full price
Royal Hunting feast 105€, (includes VAT) per person
  • Duration time minimum 2,5 hours
  • Serving starts from 2 guests
  • Children 0-6 years will eat feast for free, 7-12 years will eat -50%, when the group is more than 70% children it’s full price

Drink offers are available only when ordering a lunch or dinner.

Light drink package

One item from the choice could be made from the following:

  • 20 cl Olde Hansa Weiss Originalis, lightly spiced white house wine
  • 20 cl Olde Hansa Rot Originalis, lightly spiced red house wine
  • One of three House beers, flavored with herbs, honey or cinnamon (0,5 l) or (any other 0,5 l dark/light beer)
  • 1 glass of dry wine (Pinot Grigio or Cabernet Sauvignon)
  • 0,5 l any non-alcoholic drink

Wine bottles offer

Instead of offering a universal 15% discount on all drinks, the promotion will now apply specifically to certain wines.

If there is a specific type or brand of wine that you or your guests prefer, please feel free to reach out to our sales department. The bottle brands can change throughout the year, but our sales department will let you know as soon as possible. Olde Hansa does not make discounts except the previous offers. All the previous prices are for partners only. Olde Hansa capacity

300 seats on 3 floors:

  • First floor 56 seats
  • Dannebrog Chamber 32 seats
  • Second floor 84 seats
  • Third floor 108 seats
  • Patrician chamber 20 seats (private) We typically reserve the room for special occasions or unique situations, please ask for the offer from the sales department.
FOC policy
  • We can provide one FOC for every 20th guest. FOC is available only to tour leaders, guides or bus drivers. If you have more than 1 FOC per 20 guests then feasts are -50%.
  • For the à la carte menu we don’t provide FOC. If informed before the reservation we offer -15% for guides, tour leaders, bus drivers off from the à la carte menu.

Olde Hansa Restaurant operates on a bi-seasonal schedule, encompassing a low season and a high season. The high season extends from May to September, with a special inclusion of December. During the high season, our doors open at 11 am and close at midnight. The low season spans from October to November and from January to April, with operational hours from 12 pm to midnight. We exclusively accept bookings submitted via email or through our official homepage. Every reservation will be confirmed through the email address reserve@oldehansa.ee. Please note that we do not accept group reservations via phone.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
  • Group reservations: For groups with a maximum of 20 guests, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation.
  • Large Group Cancellations: Groups exceeding 20 guests are required to provide a minimum of 5 day’s notice for cancellations.
  • Guest Confirmation: We kindly request that the final guest count for all reservations be confirmed 48 hours in advance. Variations of up to +/- 5 guests on the same day are acceptable. When the actual number of guests is fewer than the confirmed reservation, we will issue an invoice based on the number of guests indicated on the voucher or guarantee letter.
  • Timely Arrival: To ensure the best dining experience for all our guests, we will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reservation time.
  • Pre-Ordered Feast: In the event of pre-ordered menus and non-arrival of guests, we reserve the right to send an invoice for 50% of the pre-order total.

We’ve put these policies in place to make sure reservations are managed smoothly and fairly. Your understanding and cooperation with these guidelines mean a lot to us. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to ask.

Payment Methods at Olde Hansa
  • Payment on the Spot: Guests have the option to settle their bills on the spot using either cash or credit card. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Please note that the only card we do not accept is American Express.
  • Invoicing for Partners: For our valued partners, we offer the convenience of receiving an invoice after the reservation. To facilitate, we require a valid Voucher or Guarantee Letter.

The Voucher or Guarantee Letter must contain the following details:

  • Formal company name
  • Company registration number
  • Company address
  • Email address where the invoice should be sent
  • A contact person for any invoice-related inquiries
  • Reservation details (time, menu, pax)

In case of previous outstanding debts, we will only accept reservations with a prepayment through bank transfers. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient payment process for all our guests and partners. Your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.
